My personal experience: Beef is also bad for eczema. For me, eczema worsen for the next few days after consuming beef.

With that being said, that implies you should also avoid fish as well because of mercury concerns. "Stop eating shellfish (shrimp, scallops, lobster, etc.), which have high levels of heavy metals."
Now here, in essence, tells you to adjust to vegetarian diet:
"Remove strong acid producing foods such as beef, chicken and pork for at least 90 days and if you become successful at doing this, then set another goal for an additional 90 days - soon you won't miss these foods."
That is why I am have become a vegetarian, and vegetarianism helps a lot on my eczema.
